This Privacy Policy governs the data minimization practices of the file copying software tool (uvCopy) owned and operated by [YOUR REGISTERED COMPANY NAME PTE. LTD.] (UEN: [YOUR COMPANY UEN NUMBER]), a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Singapore (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").

1. Compliance Statement

We strictly limit data handling activities in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore. This policy comprehensively establishes all data processing boundaries regarding your interaction with our file copying software tool.

2. Zero Data Collection Architecture

Our software executable operates entirely locally on your machine architecture. Aside from the mandatory license authorization data specified in Section 3 below, the software and the Company do not collect, track, store, or transmit your files or any data or operational metrics. All local file copying operations remain entirely private and confined to your hardware infrastructure.

3. Data Processed for License Key Generation

The only exception to our zero data collection architecture is the information processed strictly to manage the commercial distribution of the software. We limit our data collection to the absolute minimal identifiers needed to generate and enforce your runtime authorization:

  • The email address provided at checkout (to deliver your purchase receipt and license payload).
  • An anonymous hardware identifier or machine hash value generated by the executable (solely to securely lock the license key execution parameters to your machine allocation limit).

This operational data is permanently locked, confidential, and is never sold, shared, or leased to third parties for marketing or tracking purposes.

4. Third-Party Payment Processing

Payment information (e.g., credit card numbers, billing addresses) is collected directly by our third-party payment processor (Paddle) under their respective privacy policies. The Company does not store, access, or process your financial data on our hosting nodes.

5. Absolute and Final Agreement

This document represents a final, closed policy with no provisions for ongoing dispute or alternative interpretation. By initiating a secure checkout, completing a purchase, or executing the software binary, you grant absolute, unconditional, and irrevocable consent to the minimal data processing frameworks outlined herein.

If you do not agree with these terms, we kindly ask that you halt the checkout process, refrain from purchasing, and refrain from downloading or using the software.
